2) Can anyone sign up for an account? Yes! Anyone from around the world may sign up for an account with us as long as you agree with our TERMS OF USE. While we do not allow Adult sites, it is important to remember that we cannot guarantee that someone has not slipped inappropriate material in. Therefore, care should be taken if minors have access to your computer.

3) Can I sign up for more than one account?
No. You are allowed only one account but can advertise up to 10 urls. Signing up under yourself in an effort to obtain additional credits is considered theft. You will lose all accounts, all credits, and your downline.

4) How do I add a url?
When you log into your DeepSeaHits account you will be directed to the MAIN MEMBER PAGE. In the left hand column of this page, click on the link that says MANAGE URLS. This page is where you will add your urls as well as assign credits.

5) How do I add a banner?
When you log into your DeepSeaHits account you will be directed to the MAIN MEMBER PAGE. In the left hand column of this page, click on the link that says MANAGE BANNERS. This page is where you will add your banners as well as assign credits.

6) How do I earn credits?
Every time you open your DeepSeaHits.com startpage, by clicking on your credit earning URL, you will begin to view other members sites... better known as surfing.

You will notice at either at the top or bottom of the page there will be a surf bar. This has your username, a banner advertisement, and a link to your account as well as a help link. You will also see the words 'Click on' followed by a small picture representing an animal. (These are referred to as 'surfing buttons') To the right of this will be 3 more pictures.

When you click on the one of the three that matches the first one, you will earn 0.5 credits.

PLEASE NOTE: Any method of earning credits that does not involve YOU actually looking at the member sites on your startpage is a violation of the TERMS OF USE.

7) How many credits can I earn each day?
Currently there is a max daily pages you can surf which will limit your hit earnings depending on your membership level. You will only earn credits for each new page loaded and viewed the required length of time (20 sec).

8) How do I assign credits?
Credits that are earned from surfing are automatically applied to your active urls unless you have switched the auto-assign (which is found on the MANAGE URLS page) off.

Credits that are won, transferred credits and purchased credits all need to be manually assigned. To do this, go the the MANAGE URLS page. Each url that you have listed will also have an assign button. When you click on the assign button you can then specify how many credits you want to assign to that particular url. (provided you have credits to assign)

9) What is auto-assigning?
Auto assigning means simply that the credits that you have earned by surfing and from your referrals are automatically applied to the url(s) that you have listed.

10) What does it mean that auto-assigning is on or off?
We give you the option to automatically have them assigned or not. Some people prefer to stockpile their credits till they have a certain number or until a certain time. Or to use to trade for banner advertising.

By turning OFF auto-assign, your credits will accumulate and not be used unless assigned by you. To manually assign credits, click on the assign button found under your url.

PLEASE NOTE: Bonus credits, purchased credits and credits that have been transferred to you by another member must always be manually assigned.

11) How fast are my credits used up?
The time it will take to use up your credits depends on the number of members in the system daily, and the speed at which you are earning credits to replace those used up.

12) What happens if I run out of credits?
Once you run out of credits your page is no longer displayed. You can continue to earn more credits for free, or you can purchase credits from us.

13) How do I know when I have earned a credit for viewing someone else's page?
When using your surf bar, you will see "Wait for credit" in the left side of your DeepSeaHits surf bar. When you see this change back to the surfing buttons, your account has been credited for that visit.

14) When I surf for credits, sometimes I get an error message on the page Did I still earn a credit?
Yes. The problem was in displaying that particular member's page.

15) How do I build my downline?
When you signed up you were sent an email that contains the link to use when referring new members to the system. This link is also found on your MAIN MEMBER PAGE. You can promote DeepSeaHits using this link. When someone joins, using this link, they will be automatically placed in your downline.
DO NOT USE SPAM in your advertising efforts. We have a zero tolerance policy and your account will be terminated without recourse upon the first complaint! REMEMBER: if you do not know the person you are emailing, do not send them an email about joining DeepSeaHits.com. This includes autoresponders, and Free For All Page autoresponse messages. If you need help with ways to promote your DeepSeaHits.com referral page, please email us and we will make suggestions.

16) I can't log in to my account area. What could be the problem?
Have you activated your account? (See the confirmation email).
Make surethat you are entering your username and password correctly. Usernames are all lowercase letters, and Passwords are case-sensitive (uppercase and lowercase matter).

17) Can I buy more hits? How much does it cost?
Yes! Members may purchase more hits by clicking on the PURCHASE ADDITIONAL CREDITS link found in the left hand column of the main members page. The cost varies depending on the package you choose.

18) Can I change the website(s) I am advertising at a later date?
Yes you can. Simply return to the MANAGE URLS section and make any changes you want.

19) Can I advertise more than one site at a time?
Yes! Members may have up to 10 sites designated in the system.

20) Can I make any money with DeepSeaHits?
Yes you can! Whenever direct sale, you will receive a commission. As a Pro member you will receive 20% and as a free member 10%.

21) How do I request a commission?
Log into your MAIN MEMBER PAGE. About halfway down you will see where it says 'Your Commission'. Click on the words 'Request Your Commission'.

22) How long will it take to receive my commission once I request it?
You can expect to receive your commission by the end of the next business day.

23) What is a Tax Payer ID and why do you ask for it?
Your tax payer ID is your SS number (US) or whatever your government uses. We need this information to account for the commissions we pay when we pay our taxes.
